Systems Problems?
If you think there may be something wrong with the technical systems that power GeoCities, please read the currents announcements page first. If we haven't posted anything about the problem that you've encountered, please fill out our Systems Problem Reporting Form to send our technicians a report about your concern.

Content Violations
Please use our new Content Violation Reporting Form if you wish to report someone violating our page content guidelines. You should use this form to report all violations, including claims of copyright infringement and defamation.

Email Abuse
GeoCities does not permit any improper use of member email accounts. If you believe that one of our users has used their account improperly, please forward the entire email message that you received (including full headers) to abuse@geocities.com. Without the full header information, it is unlikely that we'll be able to verify the sender's true identity.

Chat Room Concerns
If you have a comment or suggestion about one of the GeoCities chat rooms, please direct them to chat@geocities.com. You may also use this address to report a specific problem with one of the rooms.
